How to stop littering
Is there any innovative method other than this? I wonder when people will learn. Wish BCC wont get an idea from this ;) Found this message on a telephone junction box in Jayanagar 8th Block.

By "insulting" the people who dump garbage, what is being achieved? People who dump garbage are not going to bother about being called a few names, and that too, not to their face!
